Bodytalk is a complete mind/body/spirit system of healing. It is more complete than any other system I have discovered. It ranges from the physical to the psychological and spiritual. We work together with your body’s wisdom to uncover and remove subconscious and conscious blocks, upgrade your body/mind/performance so that you may live your healthiest, greatest most abundant life. In person sessions may also include essential oils, crystal healing, red light therapy, energetic cranial sacral therapy, fascial energetics, visualization techniques, stretching and bodywork. Sessions are offered in person or remotely. Sessions may also include soul retrieval, ancestral integration, and angelic transmissions
